    Some folks dear to each you- friends, sisters, lovers- haven’t had access to estrogen in months and they’ve been wasting away. Word just came in that some dolls across town are hoarding a stash.

Pills. is a break-in for Violence, but can be adapted to any other system without much effort; the scenario is set in a downtrodden city beset by decay, following a group of players which have the grisly task of stealing estrogen for themselves and their loved ones.

Content Warnings Include: murder, poverty, unwilling detransition, drugs, sex work, medical crises (ranging from gender affirming care to addiction), and touches upon suicidal thoughts/intent.
